Welcome to Kylix! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kylix mobile application ("App") operated by Kylix Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Kylix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kylix. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or incomplete.

4. Use of the App

4.1 Permitted Use

Kylix is designed to help you manage your pet's health, track activities, and connect with other pet owners. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Post or share content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use any automated system to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Sell, license, or exploit any content from the App for commercial purposes

5. User Content

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you post, upload, or share on Kylix, including photos, text, and other materials ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

6. In-App Purchases

Kylix may offer in-app purchases for virtual currency ("Coins") and other features. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kylix Team and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kylix Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

11. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The health-related information provided by the App is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional veterinary advice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
